Poor Customer Service / Poor product.

I am extremely disappointed in the fact that my Sinotec 42" Android TV which I bought on 15 November 2020, only lasted for 16 days (please note not used for 16 days). And now you as supplier wants me to hand in to be repaired. IT IS ONLY 16 DAYS OLD!!!
