Poor customer service

My boyfriend and myself bought a laptop at HI fi corporation at Baywest, we returned the laptop on the 12th September because it wasn't switching on. The refund process took forever due to their *********** staff... We had to drive to the shop about 4 times trying to follow up on the refund as my boyfriend needed the laptop urgently for online studying. We only received the refund today 04 October after my boyfriend has missed out on modules due to not having a laptop. This really affected us because we needed this laptop urgently when we bought it.

You need treat customers better next time!!
