Poor customer service delivery by HiFi Corp

Been contacting HiFi Corp for over a month trying to get a list of the items I purchased from them a year ago - emails, customer care, ... tried all. My email address is *** and my *** - the items were purchased on the 17.06.2019 There is no visible way I can escalate this to higher management.
