Poor customer service

I am very disappointed with the service I have received. I purchased a bed on 10 February and, to this day, I still have not received my order. From the beginning, I was told there was no stock, and I agreed to wait. Towards the end of February, I followed up and was told new stock had arrived and delivery would happen in the coming days or weeks. I accepted this. In the second week of March, I was then told the bed was no longer available and I needed to choose an alternative. I was given three options and selected one. Shortly after, I received another call saying my original bed was actually available again, so I agreed to take it. From there, the situation became even more frustrating: I received an SMS saying delivery would happen in 2 days, but when I tried to reschedule, I was met with rude responses on WhatsApp. On 14 March, I was told a driver attempted delivery and claimed I had changed my order — which was untrue, and no driver contacted me at all. A new delivery date (18 March) was set without my agreement, and I was told rescheduling was not possible. I made arrangements with someone at home to receive the delivery, but the bed never arrived. I was only informed at 7pm that delivery could not be completed. Then yesterday , the same issue happened again — claims that I changed the bed, no communication from any driver, and another failed delivery. I was later told there was a vehicle issue (a puncture), but when I followed up, another agent had no knowledge of this and kept me on hold for nearly 20 minutes before I had to hang up due to airtime. After all of this, no one has called me back or provided a clear resolution. I have been extremely patient since February, but we are now approaching April and I still have no bed. The lack of communication, contradictory information, missed deliveries, and poor service have made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
