Poor customer service

On November 23, 2023, I placed an order for a dishwasher, and as indicated by the tracking service on the company's website, the appliance was dispatched on the same day. The anticipated delivery timeframe was communicated as 2 to 5 working days. However, as of November 30, 2023, which marks the completion of the 5th working day, neither the appliance nor any communication regarding the delivery has been received. Seeking clarification, I contacted the customer service department of HiFi Corporation. Unfortunately, the assistance provided was limited, with the recurring response being that the appliance is in the hands of the couriers, and no further assistance can be extended. Additionally, they were unable to furnish me with the contact details for the courier company employed for the delivery, citing a lack of such information in their records. The overall customer support experience has been deemed unsatisfactory, falling considerably below expected standards.
