Poor Customer service

The worst call center customer service staff ever, just a bunch of dishonest time wasting people.

Apparently they work under management supervision, always no supervisor available… i cant believe i still haven’t received my online order which had an SLA of 2-5 working days purchased on the 17-08 and we are approaching the 31st. Im disappointed and disgusted by the service levels
