POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT HIFI CORPORATION

I ordered online, a Canon PIXMA G2430 Mega Tank Printer on 27/02/2025 for R1999, paid in full. As per the warehouse the item was picked by the staff on the same day at 11:00 according to tracker. I followed up on whatsapp chat as was directed that it takes 2-7 days to receive the printer. Today, I received a call from customer care at HIFI Corp Arbour Crossing, Amanzimtoti, Durban stating that, they do not have stock of the printer. I went to the branch and was told there is no stock available countrywide and do not know when it will become available. I was shown another printer of the same brand for R2888. I could pay the difference and have taken it of which I refused. I requested a refund was details to send an email to customer care to request it. Timeline for the reimbur*****t could not be also confirmed.
