Poor customer service and default product

I have purchased an HP laptop at Hifi Corporations at ParkMeadows in Eastgate only to find out it does not connect to wifi.I returned it ,all they did was format my laptop without my concerned and installed new drives.When I fetched it the same problem persists and worse the mobile hotspot cannot be detected. I then returned it again.I still do not have my laptop and it is two month now and no communication unless I use my money to call them to enquirer.They won’t give me my money back and however I use my money to go to the store and my airtime to ask about the progress.I am a student and I bought this for my assignment and yet all I got from Hifi is poor service delivery ,they took my money and gave me a default laptop and now they have my money and I do not have the laptop with me for 2months.
