Poor customer service and bad quality products

I Purchased a brand new gaming laptop 2 months ago. Kept crashing till eventually it didn't turn on. Returned my laptop to the store I bought it from on the 12 of September. I use this laptop for livestreaming which I do as a career, so I have had no income since then. There is no urgency at all. Very poor customer service. Today is the 29th September, still no outcome or finalisation.
