Poor Customer Service!

Terrible customer service regarding online orders. I placed an order over 20 days ago and nothing has arrived yet. I submitted a support ticket on their website to enquire where the order is, but they have not rep****. I have spent the last few hours trying to get hold of their customer support team on the phone, with no success either. Will not order from their website again.
