Poor customer service

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a 55" tv from Hi Fi Corp about a year ago with a 4 year warranty.</p> <p>My tv has since being giving me issues and has stopped working. I reported this to hi fi corp on the 15th of June this year. I am still awaiting for this issue to be resolved. This company's service is without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced.</p> <p> </p> <p>What's the point of having an extended warranty if they are unable to fix your appliances? I have since requested a new tv. They said no. I have asked for a refund and they have also said no. I am not sure what else to do. I will never deal with this organisation again.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have lost a customer.</p>
