Poor customer service

Poor customer service from hifi corporation carnival mall,took my soundbar to them as it had issues and was under warranty i followed up after 2 weeks was informed its ready for collection only to be advised that they don’t have it in stock when I got to the store,no empathy shown after ive lost my time and money spent on fuel.2 weeks later i received a call to come and collect i then tried to verify with the consultant if the soundbar is ready she proceeded to be rude on the call.
