Poor customer service

I went there last Sunday on the 6July 2025 to buy a phone on the contract, so I picked a iPhone 11 which was under vodacom contract 36 months for R438 I signed the contract then they said they gonna finish it up tomorrow because it was almost closing time, on the 9 July I receive a email from Vodacom about the profile which also had number since then even now i haven't received an email /any sort of communication about the next step.
