Poor customer service

I purchased a fridge from hifi corp.l have requested to have my fridge released to me but the store manager has refused to release my fridge.l have been following up with the store manager (verdi )and he has been very rude and got to the point where he raised his voice and told me that he will never release the fridge to me regardless of the fact that l have proof of payment
