Poor customer service

I bought the fridge on the 8th of July online and haven’t received my order they are disrespectful and disregarding me as a customer i made a query and to date nothing have changed i would like to cancel the order for the fridge i placed the order on the 8th of July and the delivery date was the 11th and to date i haven’t received my order and the is no sense of urgency by hifi the disrespect i received from hifi is worse,your service is pathetic and poor,you kept on postponing the delivery date and don’t even care or consider me as a customer hence i will like to cancel my order for the fridge i am tired of hearing stories
