Poor Customer Service

I experienced some of the worst customer service in a long time. I showed up 2 hours before the store's closure to purchase a deal I saw on their website. I phoned beforehand asking whether there was stock of the item and if they would be able to help me out, all seemed fine.

When I showed up 2 hours before closure the ONLY person that was able to help out with this contract had already knocked off. After filling out the forms and being told by the sales rep that they would make a plan for me the next day, I phoned to follow up and it turns out both that same sales rep and the contracts person were on leave with NO ONE else in the store able to assist.

I then went to another branch looking to do the same deal and was told that the system was offline and that there was nothing they could do to assist. The reasons I am not able to get this deal are due to employees not being at work and no other employees being competent enough to fill in for them as well as THEIR systems not being online.
