Poor Customer Service

I sent my TV in to hifi corp in Kenilworth Centre Cape Town 3 weeks ago for repairs. spoke to a person by the Name of Nawaal Jonathan who rang up my repair. she advised that i would hear from her the following week wrt to progress. the next week came and i heard nothing from her at all, and i've been trying to contact the store ever since. i call countless times and ask to get transferred to her, and i dont get through to her, i leave my name and number for her to contact me but i dont get called back....i ended up phoning the repair centre directly just to get some feedback, which was all i wanted, was to just know how far the process is. its dissappointing that i have to phone around and query on the progress of my TV when they could not give me proper feedback the 1 time when i got through
