poor customer service

hifi cooperation at n1 city have got a very poor customer service. There's a girl called mamela, that will asure you, .... dont worry sir i will phone you back, i think she should be dismissed. There's alot of people out here that really needs a job and wont play on their phones wholeday. I bought a hisense tv from hifi cooperation and after three years, the screen just went black. I phoned hifi cooperation to let them know, so that they can advise me on what to do. They told me that my tv will be fixed quicker if i take it to hisense in milnerton myself. It is now exactly one month and almost three weeks, the tv is still in for repairs and they can't give me a date as to when my tv will be fixed.
