Poor customer service

They have horrible customer service. I made an order online and before it could get delivered I requested a cancelation and was adviced to reject delivery as the parcel was already dispatched from the warehouse,to which I did.2 weeks later I still get calls almost everyday from drivers and SMSs that my parcel is out for delivery.I called their customer care multiple times and each time they promise that the issue has been resolved.Yoh!I swear I would never buy from this store again!Its a hassle dealing with them
