poor customer service

<p>I have an extended waranty with the store for LG TV. They (HIfi Corp) claim its only 21 days for repairs to be done, but its close to two months and still no repairs done on my TV...Mastercare claims that they sent in a quote for approval but the store hasn't yet responded. </p>
