Poor customer service

<p>I recently bought a demo TV from Hi-Fi Corporation in Secunda.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the day of purchase, the store manager agreed to replace the missing TV remote and stand (to be honest, I don't know why you would throw it away in the first place). They didn't even bubble wrap the TV for me, I had to carry it out the store by hand!</p> <p> </p> <p>After some effort they did replace the remote for me. Since then it has been weeks of constant nagging to get them to order the stand for me. The store technician phoned me one day, claiming that LG doesn't make that stand anymore and that they cannot help me. Being sceptical, I decided to phone LG myself. They were able to deliver the stand later that week, so clearly the store either **** or didn't phone them at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed the quote that I received from LG to the store technician, he promised to take it up with the manager. Hi-Fi Secunda refuses to respond to my emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>Must say, I am very disappointed..</p>
