Poor Customer experience ever.. I’m disappointed

What a poor experience I have had with this company.. I have ordered a fridge on a Black Friday promotions and I’m still waiting for a item to be sent out.. I call several times and nobody ever manage to help me their advisors are promising me callbacks which they never did and dropping me when I show dissatisfaction as a customer.. I have requested to speak to a manager but nobody ever got me a manager.. I will not recommend anyone to use this ******** try other stores who takes business serious
