Poor communication - Clueless customer agents.
I purchased a washing machine from Hifi Corp online on 30th July. Delivery time 3-5 days. I have made numerous calls to enquire about delivery, not a single customer service agent can give me any information. They do not know where the stock is coming from and there is no one I can speak to. I must wait on a sms. My order ***. Pathetic Service!! I need delivery today or I will cancel the order.

13 Aug 2024, 18:07Hifi Corp rep**** via sms on 7th August to say the delivery will take place on 13th August and that somebody needs to be at home. Well, I took off work to wait for my delivery only to get another sms @15:49 to say my delivery will take place on 15th August. Pathetic service. Not a single agent phoned me to communicate what the initial delay was. Makes me think what their after sales service would be like...
