Poor Communication and Empty promises

Poor communication and Poor service when it comes to online purchases, rather arrange your own transport when making purchases from Hi-Fi Corp, the agents hardly answer their phone and don't even know who their courier service is.

My delivery was scheduled for Friday 29/11/2019, still no communication as to where the courier service is or how far they are, the online tracking tool serves no help.

Atish Maharaj tried assisting but seems to know little of the process himself, this is whack service and a disgrace to the business.

Will update if I do receive my order during the week.
