Poor bed quality

I bought a RESTONIC BAZARUTO 152CM BASE SET (M) in October 2022. The bed is not very comfortable and has a funny noise. I tried calling HifiCorp and I tried their support email with no luck. I wouldnt recommend buying a bed from these people as they are never there for their 10 years warranty.
