Poor after sales service

The staff at HiFiCorp Amanzimtoti are very eager to make a sale but the after sales service for repairs to goods under warranty is shocking. I logged a fault for my tumble dryer and after 5 days requesting a date and time as to when the technician will come out, the staff just say the technician will come out when they're available. Surely there is a system in place for fault logging and as the customer I should be informed of how long it will take for a technician to come out and repair the machine at my home. The staff need training on how to deal with customers on the phone. The customer care centre agent and the lady in the store I spoke to were short and curt and not very helpful.
