Poor after sales service

<p>I bought portable airconditioning unit with extended warranty. Item is still whithin the first year warranty. After lodging complaint about faulty unit 22 October 2016, Hifi Corporation now wants me to deal with the manufacturer and does not want to take accountability with the situation</p>
