Poor After Sales Service

I bought at HiFi Corporation Mafikeng almost R40 000.00 worth of appliances of which one was a 18kg Washing Machine for R8 500.00 because we were tired of struggling with old technology. We bought the machine on 27/07/2021 with in a period of two months the water was coming into the machine poorly so I went into HiFi Corporation and they assisted me to log the fault after two weeks the technician finally showed up after me calling HiSense everyday because this was our only way to get our washing done. He had to replace the water pump on the machine. On 10/05/2022 I had to go back to HiFi Corporation and log another fault on the machine whereby the motor was sounding like it was falling apart. Again after a long wait and calls the technician had to replace the whole motor on the machine. Now again on 15/07/2022 I had to back again to HiFi Corporation to log yet another fault on this machine and you'll notice that this machine has not even reached a year old and only doing washing of four people household. This third time the previous night the machine was working fine and the next morning when we switched it on smoke came out from the PC board. The fault was logged and the technician came out and gave a report to HiSense and pictures stating that it was a power surge that blew the PC board. Now HiSense has gone and voided the warranty on this machine. I have since called HiSense every week for a supervisor or manager to give me a call and explain to me how could a power surge only burn the washing machines PC board and not one of my other appliances that was also in use at the time? I have been to HiFi Corporation Mafikeng almost everyday since HiSense has voided the warranty of the machine and informed the Manager of HiFi Corporation Mafikeng that I want this machine to be replace or refunded because this was obviously a factory dud that I purchased from them that has had three repairs under a year and still till today no resolve from them on this matter! HiFi Corporation will not be seeing me nor any of my contacts in their store and I will be spreading the word far and wide!
