Poor after sale service! ********** behavior.

I placed an order for delivery, fully paid. 9 Days later and still no delivery. The support at hifi can give me no answers why I haven't received my order yet. All they can say is that my complaint has been escalated. But after 4 complaints logged I still haven't received any feedback of any kind.
