Please tell me where my order is

I am very disappointed and highly dissatisfied with the service I am receiving from Hi-Fi Corporation. I purchased an item online which I have been religiously tracking for days and the status is still on order placed and payment received. They do not respond to emails and their call centre number just rings endlessly.

I need to know where my order is and if not, please answer your phones so I can cancel it and buy what I need from a reliable supplier. This is highly unprofessional and does not do much about your reputation .
