PLEASE HELP

I bought TV for R9000 cash in Hificorp Manzimtoti branch in October 2019 month end , the following year the TV show a factory fault, I send it back the technician proof that I was right, it was repaired based on some kind of policy that say they can only replace it once it has been repaired 3 time which I did not understand, in 2021 October same fault came on the TV, I reported the issue at the branch that send a technician to see it ,again if was the same fault as last time , I requested that TV must be replaced for a new but the manager told me they can't replace it .

Anyone who can assist me with issues or advice me on what to because I refuse to take it back as the their own technician told me this issue can not have a permanent solution.
