Please be careful when ordering online from hifi corporation

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star to review. Ordered a desk. Delivered on 22.07.21. Invoice sent on 23.07.21. Opened desk on 23.07.21. Desk is damaged. Looks like it was dropped. Called the contact centre, held on for almost 15 minutes, eventually left a message requesting contact. Sent a contact request on their website. The chain of e mails started on 26.07.21. My request has apparently been sent to 'the relevant department to arrange for a collection'. There is no feedback, I dont know what to do to get a not broken desk.

05.08.21. Still nothing. Except the classic escalated response. Sending e mails as customer service line does not get answered. I cannot believe that a company like this belongs to the JD Group.

10.08.2021. Poor Skynet driver, that collected desk on 30.07.21 was sent to collect the desk today...
I am e mailing trying to get feedback, only getting vague responses. No end in sight
