Pick up AEG Fridge and Refund Me

I Purchase AEG Frigde on line during January 2023 and Fridge was delivered the following day. When we switch on the fridge after a day, fridge was not getting cold and had lots of scrathes and looks like it was bumped by something. the fridge look like a second hand fridge. First week of January 2023, AEG sent their Technician and He wrote my queries and took some photos but nothing has been done to come and collect the Fridge and refund me. It is now April i have been sent from pillar to post and nothing has been done.The Fridge is Off since from January ready to be collected. I receive new reference number *** previously was ***.
