Phone repairs

<p>I handed my phone in for repairs on the 08/09/2016 for repairs at hifi corp, the phone is only 6months old and then the screen just went blank. On the 13/09/2016 I was told my phone is back and fixed to my suprise when we switched the phone on the store still a blank screen, then I was told they do not know why taht is they must send it back to Samsung since Monday 19/09/2016 they keep telling my phone will be back the next day but till today no phone and no reason why here is a dealy. Can I please just get my refund like requested becuase I cannoy struggle like this. </p>
