Phone given to over a month ago/no feedback

On the 24/05/15 I gave my phone in for reports at hificorp boksburg and was told to collect it after 21 days,upon my return I was told that my phone was at vodacom and WAS repaired but was just not at their branch,after returning on the 14th I was told that my phone has suspected customer damage,this is unacceptable as their policy is that if an electric item cannot be repaired within 21 days you will be refunded or replaced,I was **** to on the 14th that the phone was repaired,we received a bill of R1000 and was told to pay half on the 22nd of June,I refuse to accept that answer as I was told my phone was already repaired,I am disgusted at their response and will never recommend anybody to purchase from them,after contacting them several times they did not bother to inform me within <br> the 21 days about my phone,until today I have not received my phone nor got a replacement or refund,Truly disgusted
