PERSONAL SECURITY DATA BREACH

Good day, please assist me with my device ASUS VivoBook X515 which i purchased in November 2023. There are Microsoft packagwa unstalled on it like a fakuly product with parental control, antivirus which i never installed. It also has accessibility settings and language packages from Microsoft One Notw which i never installed. I am unable to delete and restore to my original default settings. It also shows mw as connected to a printer EPSOM and its set up to Auto connect to wifi and scan my nearby devices. I also see an option to trade in my PC and I never set any of those things up. I was sold the device by Kabelo at Cresta, the store manager is Jabu and they were aware that i only wanted a Windows package and initially tried to get me to forcibly take a Microsoft package, now the installed peoducts with various product keys and packages are cinfigured to specific settings which I did not consent to. Please urgently assist. All my information has been breached and funds ****** out of my FNB account. I am basically locked out of all my accounts.
