PE branch is pathetic and the worst

I purchased a Xbox which was advertised with 3 months free premium membership. I haven't received any redeem code inside the box or nothing. I called the PE branch cause that's where i purchased it. They told me to stay on the line she's gonna give me the website etc. When se came back she hung up the phone. I've tried calling back 20 times with no success in someone answering the phone. This is the worst pathetic service I've ever received. Very very unprofessional. Pathetic from PE branch
