Pathetic services at Hifi Corporation in Clearwater and their head office

Good day All

I bought a laptop from Hi-Fi Corporation on the 7 April 2022. In November 2022 the was a problem with the laptop in which the battery has swelled and caused damage, since then the laptop has not been useable.

i went to Hi FI corporation at clearwater mall on the 24 November 2022 to send the laptop back because of it is still under warranty, i did not have the receipt and i requested the reprint of the receipt, that's when they have advised that they are unable to do a reprint because their system had crashed.

Despite showing proof of payment on my bank statement, they did not want to believe that i purchased. the laptop from the store.

i logged a call for Hi Fi corporation head office and my call was closed without my Knowlege. and when i phoned head office for assistance they are telling the is nothing they can do because the is no receipt and they are unable to reprint i must take the issue up with OMBUDSMAN
