Pathetic service, totally pathetic

urgently needed a stove, thought a reputable company like hifi corp would prob be a good reliable choice for an online purpose. its going on 7days now without delivery after immediate payment was made, than i had to call after them since friday, for delivery to happen monday 30-09-2019, monday i called in again to be told its scheduled to be delivered at 19:00, which is crazy considering i mentioned i work office hours and gave a time, as expected nothing was delivered, today i call and get told my order is scheduled for the 30th of October... im shocked at the level of service im receiving and the nonchalant attitude of the agents assisting, if i didnt need a stove id request my money back and never do business with Hifi corp again. sad considering how often a person support them..totally pathetic
