Pathetic Service - Non delivery & no communication after complaints lodged and numerous

I’m irate with the service I’ve received from HiFi Corp, I received numerous smss last week indicating that I was going to receive my order by the 2nd April. Then there was a delay and an issue and I was informed it would be delivered the 3rd April, nothing has been communicated since.

I’ve been calling the customer care to follow up as to why I still haven’t received my item, as no one has bothered communicating with me since Wednesday as to why I haven’t received my item until today.

I’ve been calling since last week, and each time I was promised delivery, Wednesday, Thursday , Friday. I eventually lodged a complaint on Friday and I was informed that I will receive communication within 24 hrs. I called twice again yesterday and I was informed that someone would contact me. I called twice again this morning only to be told I must wait 24 hrs yet again for an update from the warehouse.

This is unacceptable, no one has bothered communicating with me until now as to why my item hasn’t been delivered, no one has bothered tending to my complaint and giving me any concrete information as to why I haven’t received my order to date.
