PATHETIC SERVICE FROM HIFI CORP.

I am disgusted at the service by HIFI CORP, on the 30 October 2023 I purchased a NEON Tablet through HIFI corporation online, I received my order by the 2nd November 2023 and invoice that was emailed to me. The Tablet was not working when my son tried to use it, it would barley stay on, this was a Birthday present for my son meant to assist him with exams, clearly that didn't happen, I then checked what the return policy was and on their website it specifies returns must be dropped off at the closest HIFI Corp store which in Fleurdal, Bloemfontein. On the 7 November 2023 i took the Tablet to the store as indicated on the website, I have gone to the store twice to find out why no one has gotten back to me to advise if the Tablet would be exchanged or a would be given a refund. To date no one has contacted me after having gone to the store twice to follow up that is wasting my petrol hence i purchase online. The staff working there are clearly useless, I have also logged a complaint online and still no one has contacted me, All i want now is my money back and I will never purchase from this Store again the service is PATHETIC.....I am done sending Emails and going back to the store can this matter be resolved with the utmost urgency!!!
