Pathetic Service

I have been requesting a settlement letter for 4 days now and still not even a response. It seems that the company would rather not have you settle your accounts as it means more profit for them, yet they are incredibly quick to help you open them (and send you defective products on top of everything)!!!!!! I will never be purchasing from HiFi Corp ever again. The refrigerator I purchased revealed dents and scratches when the film was peeled off, which means this is obviously a manufacturing fault. The water dispenser is also leaking and not working properly. It is not the first time I have heard of HiFi corp purchasing and delivering sub-standard products. Terrible quality products and pathetic service.
