Pathetic service ever

Pathetic service ever, I ordered a powerbank on black Friday special last year, until today it hasn't been delivered, I called they told me it was returned to the warehouse without me being informed, I asked for a refund they told me it will be in my account in 3 days, it's been a month now nothing has has been done, they're ignoring my emails and when I call I'll wait on the line for 30 minutes or more without anyone attending to my matter or they pick up and tell me the same 3 day refund story. They're ***** and unprofessional
