Pathetic service delivery

I have ordered and paid two sets of television of the amout of R3100 on 3 May 2019 online. The Hi-fi Corp site is stating 2-5 days delivery. It is 17 May 2019 today,and still not receive the goods I paid for!!!. The service delivery from the start was of utmost very bad, unsatisfied, unspeakable poor, pathetic manner. I was also **** to about the courier company that should have picked up my goods. 14 Days later,9 working days...so I am left to open a ***** case.
