Pathetic Service

Pathetic pathetic pathetic service! Had went to Hifi corp at N1 city on Saturday 3/10/2020 to purchase KIC 276L refrigerator. Was told to leave it unplugged and off for 8 hours. Had only put it on the next day and it wasn't cooling. Then had to take it back and got a new unit. And this one too was not working. At the end of the day I was so fed up because now all my food I've had to throw away because I didn't have a working fridge. I called the store and the manager had the audacity to tell me to provide my cellphone number she will contact me when they have the money together!! They do not even deserve 1 star! We had to just get our money back and purchase a fridge from a different store because we didn't have a fridge! Pathetic
