Pathetic Service

On the 27th May 2021 I bought a water dispenser for my daughter. When they received it they discovered that it was not working properly. I logged a complaint and my daughter took the dispenser to the Woodmead branch. It was established that there was a problem and it has to be sent to the supplier. Between then and two weeks ago my daughter had to keep phoning for a follow up as no one from Hifi Corp phoned her or responded to her email. When she eventually received the dispenser back it was damaged. She phoned Hifi Corp and was advised that they will get back to her the next day. She is still waiting for a response.
