Pathetic Service at Hi-Fi Corp Carnival Mall

I called Hi-Fi Corp in Carnival Mall this morning to follow-up on a defective TV they have sold me to check how far the repair was. The lady transferred my call to customer care, BE_HOLD, my call was sent to a voicemail. VOICE MAIL FOR CUSTOMER CARE, WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS? This means the service I got when I returned the TV is the standard Hi-Fi Corporation customer service since even then, because you will wait for about an hour before they attend to you.

I REGRET BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!!!
