Pathetic service and poor quality

Bought a bed online the bed was delivered with a huge damage which was covered so that one wouldn't see the damage untilw they unwrap the plastic.Since the 4th August I hv been following up and till today no resolution to my issue.The reference number is ***.I will never ever buy from hifi corp
