Pathetic service and horrible customer service

I bought a Samsung TV 55' for a friend who was out of the country at the time in November, they delivered a broken TV and we logged a complaint . This has been the worst experience and we have been sent from pillar to post and had multiple people from the company communicating with us always requesting proof of payment and out of nowhere they will stop all forms of communication with no resolution. They finally collected the TV in february and still there is no communication from them regarding the TV. We have been without a TV for more than 3 months and these people don't seem to care us. I would never advice anyone to buy from them.
