Pathetic Service and False Advertising

<p>On Sunday 24th December 2016 we called Hi Fi Corp The Glen to enquire on stock on a product that was on promotion we were told that there was stock , so drove to the store all the way from Lenasia waited a while before someone could assist us only to find out that there is in fact no stock of the product the stock showing on the system were items that were in the service centre . At this moment we were frustrated and furious as were were **** to, we asked thethe sales person to check stock at other branches and when she checked a few of the other stores had stock she said that she would call the manager to ask if he could give us the prodcut for the same pric once they received stock he said that we should create a sales order and pay for the item and we will receive it once thye have stock which we were not happy about we asked why could they not bring the stock from the other branch for us they gave us riduclous ansers like theres no drivers, when we got finally speak to the manager in person he was rude shaking his head for customers as if he was doing us a favor, when we finally agred to do a sales order and pay for the product now and receive it in the week once there was stock we realised that the product was falsely advertised in the paper it said that the product was HD however this was not the case the product does not even come in HD.</p> <p>Will NEVER purchase from Hi fi Corp.</p>
